First Annual Benefit Ride For Anthony "Tank" Meeks

Date: June 19TH 2010
Rain Date will be June 26TH 2010

Anthony  suffers from ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).  He is paralyzed from the neck down and  on a ventilator and feeding tube.  In September 2009, Anthony lost his TennCare coverage and with it his nursing care.  All funds raised from this ride will be used to pay for Anthony's health care.

The Ride

Cost: $25.00 for single rider. $40.00 for couple. Riders will receive a T-Shirt and a meal consisting of hamburgers, hot dogs with trimmings.

Starting place: Pickwick Landing State Park Inn (follow signs)

Ending place: Pickwick Landing State Park Pavilion #2 (Sandy Beach)

Registration opens at 8:30 A.M. 'till 9:45 A.M.

Anthony ‘Tank’ Meeks Benefit Ride, Pickwick Landing State Park.
You do NOT have to be present to win.

$1 donation to Anthony’s charitable fund enters you into the drawing. 
Multiple entries for larger donations, so enter as many times as you want.
Make checks payable to ‘Benefit Ride.’

All funds will be used to pay for ongoing health care expenses
for Anthony as he battles ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease).
